INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS

General Manuscripts

Manuscripts  in  form  of  original  research  papers,  technical  reports  review  articles,  short communications   and  research   notes  from  all  areas  in  Physics,   Chemistry,   Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Geology, Engineering and Technology can be submitted on the  understanding  that  the  work  described  has  not  been  previously  published  or  being considered for publication elsewhere. For more than one author, its publications is approved by all the authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out and that if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in English or in any other language without the approval of the Editor-in-chief.

 

Manuscript Preparation and Organization

  1. Full paper should be arranged in the following sequence – Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Material and Methods/Theoretical Formulation, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, Acknowledgements, References. All headings and subheadings should be typed in bold face with no punctuation mark and aligned left.
  2. The first page should only contain the title, name(s) and academic address(es) of the author(s), telephone number(s) and email address(es), the full names (last names fully capitalized) and affiliations of all authors (Department, Faculty, University, City, Country), and the contact e-mail address for the corresponding author should be marked asterisks.
  3. Names should be given in full the first time they are mentioned in the text (e.g. Active Galactic Nuclei), but subsequently can be abbreviated (e.g. AGN).
  4. Manuscript  content: Research  articles should be divided into logically ordered and numbered sections. Principal sections should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals (1. Introduction, 2. Formulation of problem, etc.) and subsections should be numbered 1.1., 1.2., etc.
  5. All pages  should  be numbered  in Arabic  numerals.  Tables  and  figures  should  be numbered in Arabic numerals in order of their appearance in the text. Table title should appear above the table while figure title below the figure.
  6. Figures and graphs should be prepared in black and white and submitted  in Excel platform, pdf form or other editable forma Data point in graphs should be legible when compressed.
  7. Symbols, units, and abbreviations: In general, the journal follows the conventions of Scientific Style and Format. If symbols such as ×, µ, η, or ν are used, they should be added using the Symbols menu of Word. Degree symbols (°) must be used from the Symbol menu, not superscripted letter o or number 0. Multiplication symbols must be used (×), not the letter x.  Spaces must be inserted between numbers and units (e.g., 3 kg) and between numbers and mathematical symbols (+, –, ×, =, <, >), but not between numbers and percent symbols (e.g., 45%). Please use SI units. Generally, all numbers should be given as numerals (e.g., “In 2 previous studies…”). We encourage typing equations with equation editor in MS Word or other text compilers (latex files).
  8. Abstract:  The manuscript must include an abstract which shall be a concise report on the research. It should be suitable for separate publication in an abstract journal. The main results should be stated clearly rather than a mere table of content. iii. Manuscript submission.  Soft  copies  of  original  articles,  reviews,  monographs  etc.  should  be submitted online to the following email addresses:

9. Acknowledgements and/or disclaimers, if any: Names of funding organizations should be written in full. Disclaimers should be clearly stated and for what reason(s).

 

10. References: We encourage the use of the latest APA format for books, Journal articles, thesis, and conference proceedings. Journal articles: Journal titles should be abbreviated according to ISI Web of Science abbreviations and given in italics. When in doubt write the journal name in full.

11. Page Charges and Reprints: On Acceptance of the manuscript, page charges will be assessed and sent to contributors for redemption.
